1. How do I create an account on Crepzbylz?
Click here to create your very own Crepzbylz account and personalize it to get exclusive sales, new articles, and more.

2. How do I get a CrepzbyLz membership?
CrepzbyLz membership will be available to customers as of 27/09/2025.

3. What does a membership include?
CrepzbyLz membership gives access to all exclusive videos, a 10% discount code, yearly raffle number, next-day delivery, and free shipping.

4. Is there a free trial?
Yes, CrepzbyLz membership comes with a 5-day free trial, after which you will be charged £4.99/year unless cancelled before midnight on the 5th day.

5. How much is CrepzbyLz membership?
£4.99/year.

6. Why has my order not passed authentication?
Contact crepzbylz@outlook.com as you have a 14-day return policy. If not, we may ask you for further documentation as proof.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer international shipping?
No, Crepzbylz currently only ships in the United Kingdom. For inquiries, email crepzbylz@outlook.com.

2. How much does delivery cost?
All charges are calculated at checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Delivery takes 3-7 days. Express Delivery takes 1-3 working days if you order before 12pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public/Bank holidays).
 

4. Where is my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to you.

5. Why has my order not been delivered yet?
You can track your order using the unique order number sent to you via email.

6. Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery.

Orders & Returns

1. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.

2. What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging, with all labels attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before shipment. Contact customer support immediately if you need assistance.

4. My item is damaged after use.
If your item is damaged after use, it could be a manufacturing defect. Contact crepzbylz@outlook.com with relevant photos of the damage for investigation.
